Please note that the number of parking spaces on the premises is limited. If you are interested in using the parking, please contact the reception in advance during its opening hours to reserve a spot.
The cost of parking is 40 PLN per day.
There are no parking spaces by the fence – it is a fire lane. If you decide to leave your car by the fence, opposite the numbered spots, it is done at your own risk.
We recommend reserving a parking space in advance to avoid any inconveniences.

The hotel day ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.

Key boxes are located at the entrance doors to the apartment.
Mostek 2 building
Not all apartments have boxes at the doors. Some have lock boxes at the entrance to the apartment, while some boxes are located in Entrance A on the ground floor, to the right of the main entrance (at the reception). The reception is marked with stickers on the windows – please check according to the instructions for your specific apartment.
If the code for the main door does not work, please first ensure that the button with the key symbol was pressed before entering the digits.
If after doing this the door still does not open, please check the exact address of the apartment. It is possible that your apartment is in the neighboring building, which has a separate entrance and a different access code.
Each key is also accompanied by a fob, which you can use to enter the building.
Check-in before the standard time of 16:00 is possible only after prior confirmation by the reception and is not guaranteed.
On the day of arrival, please contact the reception after it opens to find out if the apartment is ready.
If the apartment is available, early check-in or late check-out does not incur additional costs.
Any changes to the reservation, such as arrival date, number of nights, or other details, should be reported directly to the reception or through the booking system where you made your reservation.

The Wi-Fi password can be found on the regulations placed on the shelves/tables under the TV.

Yes, there is a total smoking ban in all apartments.
It is possible to order additional cleaning of the apartment. The service must be reported to the reception at least one day in advance.

Waste bins are located outside the building, to the right of the main entrance. To reach them, you need to walk around the building from the side. There are doors marked as “Waste Room”, leading directly to the waste storage area.

The waste disposal room is located outside the building, to the right after exiting Entrance B (middle entrance). There is a shelter with waste containers that must be used.

If the TV, water, or electricity is not working upon arrival, please check the buttons located at the entrance to the apartment. You should press each of them in turn – this will activate all installations.
